I am 47 years of age and completely deaf in my right ear with only 30% hearing in my left ear. In the past I did have a hearing aid or shall we call it a microphone or an amplifier. I didn’t wear it often because it made me very uncomfortable and was very unpleasant to have it on.
One of my clients referred me to Agneta. It took a lot of time in thinking, and I decided “What do I have to lose?” Let me tell you I gained a new life, excitement every time I hear new sounds or different sounds. Noises that I’ve never heard this was music to my ears. The squeak of a door was one of the first sounds that I heard. When I work in the garden I hear the grass under my feet crackle, the birds and the bees and the neighbour’s dog that barks constantly. At night I sit outside for hours and listen to the frogs and crickets in the garden.
My clients even noticed that I’m much calmer and not so loud anymore. This is a hearing aid with so many channels and different features –the sky is the limit! It is a bit costly now days but well worth every cent. I can only tell you this has made my whole life a lot easier. Thanks to Technology and Agneta I am a new person. At night I don’t feel like taking it off, but I must.
